Speaker's Notes for Oral Presentation

1. Presentations must be set up prior to the beginning of the session

Preferred: Bring your presentation on a USB driver compatible with a PC computer. Alternatively, personal laptop may be used, but you must ensure compatibility with the LCD projector before the start of the session. Also bring a memory stick (USB) to transfer your file. Especially if you are an Apple Mac user or using a special device, you should bring your connecting jack.

• The oral presentation will be limited to 10 minutes, including 3 minutes for Q&A.
• The first bell will ring at 6 minutes and 30 seconds. Please finish your presentation when you hear a long ring at the 7-minute mark.
